We will ensure that this policy, through adequate resources and training is understood, communicated, implemented and maintained throughout the company which would lead to the production and delivery of products and services that comply not only with customers' needs, but also anticipate their future needs, hence ensuring their satisfaction, and ensuring a continuous profitable growth and improvement of the company.

KBE aims to achieve and periodically update its Quality Objectives.

It also considers through this roadmap, the competency enhancement of its staff as a threshold towards the achievement.

Through its Management Reviews, the system and the policy of KBE are regularly viewed by the Top Management to ensure their on-going effectiveness and efficiency in meeting the company objectives, hence ensuring continuous improvement.
